Easy Cancellation Process
You can cancel your booking easily by contacting our team through call or WhatsApp. We recommend informing us as early as possible to avoid any cancellation charges. Our support team is always available to assist you with the cancellation process and guide you accordingly.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation. Bookings canceled well in advance are usually eligible for a full or minimal deduction refund. However, last-minute cancellations or cancellations made close to the pickup time may incur partial or full charges.
Same-Day Cancellation
If a booking is canceled on the same day or within a few hours of the scheduled pickup, a higher cancellation fee may be applied. This is because the cab and driver are already assigned for your trip.
No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, the full booking amount may be charged as cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time after cancellation. The refund amount depends on the cancellation timing and booking type. Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated to the customer.
Changes in Booking
If you need to modify your booking instead of canceling, such as changing pickup time or location, you can contact our team. We will try our best to accommodate the changes based on availability.
